More interesting news from Fox’s The X Factor. It was just declared that Nicole Scherzinger will be the replacement Brit singer Cheryl Cole on the judging team for the singing reality show. She will join Simon Cowell, Paula Abdul and L.A. Reid in their hunt to find a new group or “global superstar” who will eventually win a $5 million dollar soundtrack deal.
Nicole has formerly joined Cowell as a guest moderator on the UK version of the show The X Factor in 2010. She had packed in for Cole, who was a U.K. moderator, too. Cole was initially announced as fraction of the show’s United States judging team last month, joined in early judging rounds, after that it apparently booted off. More than last few days, but, news comes out that she was being presented another part on the show. What goes down next is the topic of some clash, but one United States based executive concerned in the subject told that Cole “wasn’t quite herself” throughout her four days of shooting, potentially due to stress or just feeling out of her surroundings with the new program.
Several reports made it seems like United States producers mainly booted Cole from the program because they were unsatisfied with her performance. “After the Chicago auditions, producers suggested she might be happier returning to the UK panel and her management clearly indicated she’d be happy to consider that,” a source told. “
It’s uncertain that what role Cole will perform, if any, on the United States version.
